Little Gia and UndieShorts 14 Day Guarantee & Return Policy

Does not apply to international orders outside the United States. You may return most new items within 14 Calendar days of receipt for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund product must be new, free from defect and in original undamaged packaging.

Little Gia, LLC reserves the right to deny any return/cancelation claims not reported within the allotted time frame or as indicated above. Any used items or damage to the goods not as a direct result of shipping error is excluded from this policy and voids return claim. UndieShorts agrees to pay for return postage fees due to shipping error which are reported within the time indicated above; all other return postage fees must be paid by customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you do not have an account established, use the contact form on our website and include full order detail (full name, order #). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship to virtually any address in the United States territory, UK, Australia & Canada. Free Shipping does not apply to UK, Australia & Canada orders. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders typically ship between 1-2 business following the placement of an order. 

International order estimated delivery may range between 7-21 business days. International customers / buyers are responsible for any fees incurred such as, but not limited to duties and taxes and are considered the importer of record. International return requests not accepted. Tracking information may not be provided for international orders.
