• We will only accept businesses established in U.S.A only, International Merchants currently not accepted. 

• Note to internet-only customers: Due to the vast number of internet start-up businesses, we will only work with existing businesses that have been in operation with a functional site for at least nine months. Web sites “under construction,” will not be considered at this time. 

• All orders are placed through a representative listed below or by contacting us through our website and are considered final after the order submission date. Cancellations will incur a 20% re-stocking fee after this time. 

• All orders require payment in full, prior to delivery. Payment options are 
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover. 

• Authorized returns are only accepted due to damages or shipping errors within 3 days of receipt. 

• All orders are shipped with delivery tracking. If we receive confirmation of delivery to the vendor Little Gia, LLC will not take responsibility for stolen orders, please select a secure delivery address. 

• We do not allow exchanges on custom orders. 

• We reserve the right to cancel the account of any merchant found to be selling our shorts below our advertised prices as found on our Website, as part of an internet buying co-op, or on eBay. 

• Resale tax certificate must be provided to Little Gia, LLC d/b/a UndieShorts upon request.
