Is your website checkout secured?

This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

When can I expect to receive my items?

We typically ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of order; items are typically delivered between 5-7 business days from order date (USA Territories).

I am not sure of the size, what size should I order? 

If your child wears an odd size or you prefer a looser fit we recommend sizing up to the next size. We also suggest ordering the same size you would select in pants to ensure best fit. See size chart for more details. 

What if I receive the items and I am not satisfied, would like to return the item or would like an exchange?

We have a 14 Day Satisfaction Gauarntee, simply contact us through our website notifying us of your return request, repackage the item in its original packaging and return the item to the address provided in the Shipping & Returns Page under the Contact Us menu within the specified time frame. I live outside the United States, should I expect shipment delays or additional fees?

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate. International orders may range between 7-21 business days. International customers / buyers are responsible for any fees incurred such as, but not limited to duties and taxes and are considered the importer of record. International return requests are not accepted. Tracking information may not be provided for international orders.
